“ From the time of booking to the end of our holiday the service was excellent. Harji helped us to plan an appropriate trip taking account of the monsoon season, and our particular wishes. The itinerary was fantastic, moving from Delhi to Amritsar, Dharamsala, Pragpur, Shimla, Deharadun, Haridwar, Agra, Jaipur and finally back to Delhi. We stayed in wonderful and unusual hotels – including an old colonial fort, a wonderful farm and a magical Haveli in Jaipur. The hotels were of a much higher standard than we were expecting. We had a driver and minibus for 4 of us and at every stop were met by a local guide who was attentive and very knowledgeable.

We returned home with some great photos of some great places and lovely memories of the people we met.

“Harji, Wow! Another great adventure in India. Quite different to the last one but certainly nonetheless impressive and just what we wanted – Mountains, monasteries and people. It all went so well – the acclimatisation, the guides, the driver and the accommodation. Going from the Royal Palace to a tent in the mountains was quite a contrast and I think that the King thought we were slightly bonkers (although he was much too polite to say so!). With hotels and home stays it was experiencing life in Ladakh. Brilliant.

The weather for the 5 day trek was just perfect and brought the whole trip to a great climactic conclusion. And those monasteries, what spectacular locations!
